With Hotsync & my old PDA...I made setting as far as what overwrites what...like I keep gettting told to back up my PDA...well I did my first Sync and took all the phone #'s off my old phone so now I have some vested info on it....how do I now sync w/ outlook and make oulook get overwriten rather than the other way around?

The settings in Activesync allow you to do this too.

However I am plugging along and have found more info on the Rom thing but my question is...

Am I running it from the PC or the PPC?....it uses the words PC, Computer, & device interchangably in the directions!
