XV6700 - int'l dialing with "+" vs. "011"?
Hi,
I talked with Verizon tech support recently and they seemed completely unaware of dialing international calls with a "+" instead of 011...
Does anyone have any details on how to get around this on Verizon? Is there some hack to make the phone dial numbers stored as "+<countrycode><phonenumber>" appropriately?
In other words, Germany is country code 49. All my Outlook contacts are stored as:
+491725551212
for UK:
+4412121212
I have another phone that I use internationally (thanks to Verizon's lameness in international regions) and I download from the same Outlook file to it.
Thanks for any suggestions!
GR
