oh an easy one..
go into camera in the bottom right hand corner are 3 buttons, hit the center button. Hit tools than options than general and you will see it there..

This may be covered in the thread mentioned above...I think I learned it on this board. I don't know why, but regardless of the setting, the camera app does not like 4GB storage cards and will not record to them unless they have less than 2GB of space available. So, fill up half the card with old photos and videos to start, then record away.
