Cannot Delete or Move Email in Outlook

OK, I did try the search feature and did not find what I was looking for, maybe I used the wrong words to search on...anyway...

I have my own domain, and have several email accounts setup through it. I have setup 2 of these email accounts on my 6700. Up until recently, I have been able to delete emails and move them to the deleted folder on the 6700, in both accounts. Now I can only do this on one of the accounts. It no longer works on the other.

When I tap and hold on an email and then select delete, the menu disappears and the email remains in the inbox.

When I tap and hold on an email and then select move, the move menu appears, I select deleted items, tap OK, the move menu disappears and the email remains in the inbox. However, I can move the email to the sent items or outbox folder, just not the deleted items folder.

Any ideas?

I had a similar experience. I believe all I did to correct the problem was a hard reset, and a restore of a previously saved backup of system settings. I could be wrong; it may be that I actually had to delete the account that was acting up, then create a new one. Either way, I think you lose any email you've saved.

Thought I might chime in, if you DO have to perform a hard reset, I use JEYO to backup my emails and sms. Works great. Dont think it is free, but might be something you want to look at if you have to do a hard reset...
