Sup all!!! did anybody knows why i dont received the contact name on the SMS even when i have them in my contact list??????? well im using this ppc in Dominican Republic i think thats the problem but if any of u have an idea let me know!!!

It sounds like the carrier isn't able to resolve the incoming number and thus the phone isn't able to match it to any of your address book entries. When this person calls you, does it come in as "Unknown Number" or does it actually come up with their name?

I have this same problem, and only with certain contacts. Their name shows up on the caller ID screen on both incoming and outgoing calls. But, evertime these certain people send me a text message, it comes up as just from their number, no name.

yes in all the outgoing and incoming calls i have the name on this problem is just with the SMS and it happens with SLL my contacts!!
