Trouble activating Sprint phone after aku 3.5 update.

Not happy times.

I just got a replacement phone from Asurion and installed Saridnour's pr4. The pda side of things is fine but I just can't get the phone through the activation process. It's really just an ESN switch from Sprints end. They asked me to open the phone app and enter a few numbers with two pound signs at the beginning and one at the end. After that there's supposed to be an option to click edit in order to proceed. I'm not sure if the problem is with the dialer application. I tried to revert back to the old rom and keep on getting a device connection error.

Does anyone else have any experience with this?

Ok. I found out that the minisd was the reason the roms wouldn't load. I'm guessing I'll have to revert back to the old rom and activate before going to the new rom.

*fingers crossed*

Yeah, I would suggest going to an Official upgrade whenever you have to do any activation or other lengthy processes involving tech support.

Thanks. Reverting back to the old rom did the trick.
