Actually that is an iPhone skin for the Pocket PC. Apple has made many remove those from the websites. There are a few out there, but they require the new WisBar beta to be installed and dont work with all devices.

Each today screen is made from WisBar Advance 2 and WisBar Advance Desktop.

Both are highly customizable and there is plenty of support and skins available in the forums there.

You can also make something similiar using iLauncher or claunch and a few other plugins. That is a less resource heavy way to do it.

here's mine using rltoday. the slide lock was made by ozan. not sure if i'm allowed to post links so if you want to do the same, just google rltoday and ozan. you need flash 7 for the slide lock and rltoday is just a today plugin. uses almost no resources.

ozan's site in english, mostly. scroll to botton. he asks for a $5 donation to remove the trial nag screen and you can ask him to modify the screen to your liking. tried making it myself, but I just don't have that much talent.

The iPhone has a feature where you slide your finger across the screen to lock/unlock the phone.
