Hello guys, for about 2 wks now I had my SD card on my sprint 6700. it was disappearing at 1st but once I format it on the pc w/ fat32 it was fine. yesterday I recorded a memo and I notice my tomtom and music folders where gone but yet the 1.15 was still being used. so I formatted the SD and put it back in the phone, the phone asked me to format it and I said no thinking it would switch it to fat16, ever since then I can't see the card on the pc using card export II or via the file explorer.

yesterday I spent hrs on this board and others trying to find a solution. I found ppl w/ the similiar issues but no resolution on a fix.

well I have had similar problems with my 2gb sandisk minisd, and after doing a little digging, I have discovered that it is a fake!! (or counterfeit!)

now I am back to my genuine sandisk 1gb and all is working GREAT!
