Many files with Alphanum names in Windows folder...delete?
Hello all,
I've had my 6700 for a while now...over a year with the same device. I'm installed programs, removed them, hacked the registry, etc. I'm still running AKU2, though, and haven't yet had the guts to try one of the new AKUs.
Anyway, given that I haven't upgraded yet, I'm constantly looking for opportunities for more RAM. Looking to delete unneeded files, I notices a BUNCH of files in the Windows directory with alphanumeric filenames like this one:
034e7cf6-8b37-40ad-85fd-6851x921866a
There might be as many as 300 of em, but none are very large (largest one is 93KB).
Any idea what these are? Think I can delete them without affecting the operation of my device?
Thanks!
- Doug
