I have uninstalled a program but its icon is still present in the games folder. It has changed to a generic icon, and the program will no longer work, but it is still listed under games. How can I get rid of the icon? I have been playing with it for a while now and can't get rid of it.

from file explorer goto windows/start menu/programs and delete what you don't want

Boy do I feel stupid! Something that easy and I couldn't even figure that out. Guess I need to look thought that users guide better.
