*New User* Active Sync not working on XV6700
I purchased a XV6700 from eBay and the unit is working fine but I am having a problem using Active Sync with my work laptop. (Running W2K) I installed AS 4.2 and when I hook up my XV it recognized it but that is it. It gives me no options to sync. When I go to the XV and open the AS window all of the options are grayed out??
The unit did not come with a CD so do I need this.
By the way I am new to Pocket PC's. (I have been with Palm all these years)
