Mini SD problem...HELP PLEASE...

I dont know if anybody else has encountered this problem but...

the problem I am having is when I take out my mini sd and insert it into my sd slot on my laptop and load files like word documents or background pictures, they will be there when i take the card and and put it in the phone but when I go to access them say an hour later I get an error message that reads:

"A problem with the document was encountered and it cannot be opened."

I dont understand this because I check to see if the file is there right after I put the mini sd in my phone how does it dissappear later?????????????????????????

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Do you see the conversion dialog box when you add them to your card from the laptop? I dont believe it converts them that way. I think you may need to add word docs through activesync or drag them to the mobile device in windows explorer and I believe they will then convert. Try it let me know.
