So I have a Verizon XV6700 which is unlocked to Cricket service. It's been working just dandy for the last 2 months.

My call history appears to be stuck in the past!

For INGOING and OUTGOING, it will not add any new calls. Even the very last call made won't register.

Any suggestions??

Don't think I have ever heard of this problem...your best bet might be to just do a hard reset. It doesn't sound like anything that can be corrected with a setting or registry change. Sorry, I know it's not the answer you wanted to hear. I'm a big fan of your cereal, though

I've had this problem happen three times since I got my phone March 2006. The only way I've been able to fix it is to delete the older calls and it'll start bringing in the new ones. It's almost as if it reaches a maximum amount of calls and stops adding new ones. I don't use that much voice so I'm surprised if I'm one of the few who has this problem.

Does anyone know how to change the settings to automatically do this??

My old Siemens SX56 Pocket PC phone would automatically keep a certain amount in the history and then dump anything older than that.

Count..dont know if ur verizon will have this but on my sprint...on the "Menu" of the "Call History" page if u have a option "Call Timers" under that there is a setting called "Delete call history items older then:" then u have a list example...1week/1month...etc.....
