Why are the options disabled in active sync? This is the first time this device is about to be active sync'd via cradle. I dont want duplicate contacts, tasks etc since i use wireless sync. But the options on my pcs active sync are not availabe for me to change the settings. The options under the tools menu bar are darkened out (unavailable). What am I doing wrong?
