Battery Drain Program?

Hi, I've search for the last hour and can't seem to find it.
Is there an app that lets you watch how much your battery is being used?

does keeping BT on drain the battery?

and yes BT does drain your battery. there are threads discussion BT and Wifi use on battery draining as well...
