Hello there, I havent yet used push email on my 6700 yet so I dont know too much about how it works. But i have the newest ROM, just did the 3.3 beta update today and I see the Push Email icon in the connection manager. I was wondering how I get this to work? In the connection manager all the items have a white outline around them except the IRDA icon and the Push Mail icon (only two that wont allow me to disable/enable). I know I have seen a picture of a sprint phone with these enabled. How do I go about setting this up? Thank you.

You need to Add a Server Source first in ActiveSync, once that's done it should be enabled.

oh ok, is this one of those programs where I have to have my home PC on the whole time PUSHing the email to my phone from the POP3? Rather than it being pushed directly from my pop3 to my phone?

You add an Exchange Server that it syncs up with, which should ideally be on at all times. I use mail2web myself.

cool ill try that out. What about the Infa Red? How come it wont let me enable/disable that through the connection manager?

I'm not using the 3.3 update, so i dont have an IR option in the CommManager.
