Today my 6700 soft reset it self and now is giving me this Error: The file:MSOUTLOOK cannnot be opened. Either is not singed in with a trusted certificate, or one of its componentes cannot be found. You might need to reinstall or restore this files.

All the programs from windows mobile are not working im afraid to loose all my contacts. What can i do to fix it?????

download SPB backup, backup everything to your SD card, goto www.utstarcom.com and download the current rom and run it to reflash your phone.

After it comes back up start the backup file it created and restore.

Alternatively if you use activesync or wireless sync for your mail/contacts/ etc, the 1st time it connects it will ask you to refresh and you will not lose any of your pim info

Why would he download a ROM update? And then restore from a backup made on the older ROM? I don't think this is the way to go.

Back up your Contacts, Tasks, Emails etc. through ActiveSync, or using SPB Backup if you'd like to preserve any reg hacks or programs you've installed. Then do a hard reset and restore.

I just back up all the files and Hard reset the ppc and now everything i working fine!!! Thank You!!!!
