I just downloaded a new program,synced to my documents. How do i install?

If it is a .cab file, just browse to it in your favorite file browser and run it (click it).

I click on setup and it just shows me the file

It really helps people answer the question if you give details. What's the program? What is the file name? Are you sure that it is a .cab and not a .exe?
