Mapless GPS software, shows ETA to coordinates?

I'm going to be doing some flying this holiday season and I read that using GPS on flights is usually allowed. I'll be flying with an airline that does not show you flight stats as Delta and some others do.

I'm looking for simple GPS software that will tell me things like altitude, speed, heading, etc, and also give an ETA to the destination (which will be in coordinate form). Is anyone aware of such software for Windows Mobile? Thanks.

Since nothing knows the route the plane will take, it's hard to get the ETA.

Most GPS packages will give you all the other stats.

I used Mapopolis on a trip from Boston to Hawaii and it was helpful having some idea how far along we were. It showed relative position for the whole trip. And I only loaded a few land marks along the way.

You also have to keep in mind that those flights don't fly in a straight line from city to city, it's a huge arc. That makes it more difficult to figure without gps input.

No problem, here is a quick review:
http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/ppc-6...on-review.html

As you can see it has a flight mode right up your alley.

Even shows tilt, vertical speed, etc.

How did you come up with that compass?

I have only three "walking" screens?

TIA,
