Error code of death

Hi all -- I just got a PPC-6700 to replace a Treo 700P. I have sprint power vision and all was well as far as internet on the old phone.

In IE on this phone I am getting: Error Code 67, Registration Failure, your PCS vision username and password may be incorrect, please try again.

So I finally found the 'edit existing connection' link in the connections settings. There are settings for sprint power vision, phone number #777. They are username, password, domain, and advanced settings.

I went to the sprint website and found my powervision username, and set the password. Tried every combination of username, username@sprintpcs.com, username with domain set to sprintpcs.com...etc

Still getting the error.

Any help would be apreciated.

The only thing that should be input is:
#777
on the screen before the username, password and domain.

I know it does not make sense but username, password and domain should all be blank.

You might also try going into your phone settings (options) select "Internet" and then "Get Settings". From there you can initiate an IOTA session that will reconfigure (refreash) your Vision settings on your phone.

I have the same problem a couple of times that you mentioned and did this. Seems to fix it.
