Question How to make the PPC6700 more faster?????

Hello Everyone!!!!!!!

Recently I change my old Treo 650 to my new UTStarcom PPC 6700!!!!! This an excelent smartphone!!!!!! it has many good stuff!!!!

The problem I have is for speed!!!! I feel the smartphone a little Slow, I mean when I received a call and not answer the time between the call end and the notify windows is around 2 or 3 seg..... Very slow considering than with my old Treo 650 it was inmediatly...

Also I notice the cellphone a little slow when I write using the Physical Keyboard......

Are There anything I can do in order to make it fast the PPC6700???? Something in the configuration or register???

Thanks a lot

There, I hooked him up!

the idea is not to have programs and today plugins that startup with soft reset and that generally run constantly in the background running from your storage device...otherwise your ppc will run slow and freeze up sometimes.

it's also a good idea to get a program that clears the ram like memmaid's little app or a freeware app from freewareppc.com

also check to make sure that not a lot of programs are running simulatenously even after u think u closed them. Get a freeware app like magic button to close all your programs after you put away your ppc

finally, i use xcpuscalar and overclock my 6700 constantly to 624 mhz...yes, it does drain the battery quicker, but it keeps my programs running fast and smooth...
