Help.... Phone not call out or recieveing calls

My phone (PPC-6700) just today stopped recieving calls and will not call out..... I have good signal...... and idea on whats going on or how to fix the problem.... any help wanted...

it just says "dialing" but never switches to "connected" then it eventually goes to "call ended"
