Unhappy Phone icon replaced with generic Windows Icon

Phone icon replaced, I had to do a Hard reset and the Pnone Icon has been replaced with a Generic Windows flag Icon, any suggestion on how to get the phone icon back to normal?

I just got a new phone and has the same problem...I'd be interested in a solution as well.....However, it seems to work just fine.

Did you remove the Phone application from the Start Menu? It needs to be there for the icon to display properly.
