I just recently got a PPC 6700, and before I switched numbers (it's a corporate phone and already had a number), someone left me a voice message.

Now I've switched numbers, and the voicemail notification is still sitting there, telling me I have a message. I've tried the old trick of leaving a couple of voice messages, but those don't even come up on the notification. When I go into voice mail and delete them, the notification is still there. Is there a setting when switching the phone numbers that got missed, so the voicemail notification is looking for a different number?

In the phone settings list is a place to clear that notification.
Settings--> Personal--> Phone--> Voicemail.
