Show More Fields in Default Mail Program

I am using the default mail program, but when I receive an email, I can't tell who else the email was sent to, and I was wondering if there is a way to view this.

If not, is there another mail program that someone would recommend? If I slowly replace all my default applications, is there a way to remove the default applications from taking up memory on the device?

One way to view the complete "to" list is to reply to the message; in the reply window you can see the complete "to" field. You can just cancel the reply once you've seen the list.

There's probably a better way...

ActiveSync...DirectPush. Have you played around with that? That's what I use...

Unless you are speaking about something like Versamail on the Palm where you can setup an "Exchange ActiveSync" account that is built into the program.

right...i'm using direct push now, i consider that to be the primary mail app. I'm looking for something that brings all the modern efficiencies that are lacking in the standard app which are present in things like flex mail, that supports exchange. Like pocket informant does for the calendar.

As long as FlexMail is set as your defaul mail app (which it asks you when you first launch it) it will work fine with Exchange ActiveSync.

hmm...i think my experience with it was pre-new rom. maybe with the full on direct push controlling the syncing experience it can take over for display...that would be great as i've always been irritated that I bought it but couldn't use it.

now if only i could get rid of all these forced apps....i'd slice off word, IE, mail, calendar, etc and go with the better replacements. Oh well...one of these days they'll come out with a pda that has 'enough' ram that it won't matter.

thanks for the insight madly; nice to get helpful answers
