I have written a small C# app that I want to insert in the place of of the Phone app as the default phone application. The app activates programs based on what number is dialed rather than just dialing the number. Non recognized numbers will just be passed to the phone app like normal.

Is there a registry setting or configuration file that controls this?

BTW, this will normally be activated over bluetooth.
