I put the phone in the cradle and it charges. The display turns off after 5 min which is what I have it set for. When the phone becomes fully charged and the light turns a solid green, the display turns back on and will not shut off on its own. any ideas why and is anyone else having this happen? I can shut the phone off with the button and it stays that way for a couple minutes. The power light goes amber, then the phone turns back on with a steady green light. wtf.

I have this problem every once in a while. Normally by the time it is charged I take it out of the cradle and I have it plugged into my A/C adapter by the bed before I get to sleep. I have had this happen even after hard resets. It may be because of it hooked up via USB since I don't have any issues with it just plugged into the A/C adapter.

Well I have both the USB data cable and USB power cable plugged into the cradle. Yesterday it was just the data cable so today I tested it with the power cable. I just dont need it lit up all the time during the work day.

I get the same thing. I plug mine in every night to charge (not USB), and eventually the backlight always comes on by itself.

I get the same same, when charging or just connected to computer through USB.

I'm concerned it's bad for the screeen...?
