lost my contacts menu button

how can i make icon thing for contacts so i can put it in the start menu?
install some program and the menu item for contacts disspeared. uninstalled program but the contacts icon is gone, and its not in the programs folder(but i can still access it from the phone screen)

Go to settings --> Menus and make sure that 'Contacts' is checked.

What was the other program that you installed ?

thats the problem, i go to settings/menus, and contacts is not there. I just need to know the name of the file so i can make my own .lnk file for it. (i know its there cuz the contacts button shows up in phone mode)
