New ROM installed without a hitch - now ? on installing backup...

Hey guys, I just posted a while ago about upgrading the new ROM, previously I backed up my PPC and saved a copy of that file on my desktop. Now - do I just copy and paste that backed up file on my PPC now that the ROM is upgraded or is there a program I need to use to "reload" it all back on to my device? I used SPB to backup my device. I would think I could just copy the file from my desktop to the memory of my PPC but at this point - do not want to take any chances. Thanks again for all your help everyone!!

Well, normally you would take the .exe file created by SPB, copy it to the device, and then open it on the phone using the File Explorer...but, this backup was done with the old ROM? If so, people advise against running it on a phone with the new ROM, because it can cause instability. Backups should only be restored to phones running the same ROM it was backed up on.

Just install your apps over, its better, you learn more and will probably install less.
