Try uninstalling and reinstalling Voice Command. Delete the folders out of Program Files and also the Registry folder if it is not removed after the uninstall (HKLM, Software). Make sure it is installed in your main memory. If this doesn't work, I would say try a hard reset, unless someone else had had this issue in the past and knows how to directly fix it without a hard reset.
