The best thing to do would to simply start using the phone. If and when you come across an issue or tweek you'd like to make, search for it here at the forum. If then you can't find it, post a specific question. You only feel you don't know what a lot of the posts are about because you haven't become a prolific user yet. After using the 6700 for a while everything here will sound familiar.

Good luck and enjoy!

Read the manual, and read the forum for about a week before you even consider asking questions. That's my advice - and what I did when I first got the phone. I was a newbie, but got up to speed fairly quickly - and have a killer phone that does more than I ever expected within a couple months.
