Notification Error Box...HELP!

I tried to download a programs thorugh Active Sync to my 6700 and it wouldnt go through...so anyways I decided that I did not want it and deleted what was on my phone. I keep getting a notification error box popping up on my phone. It says

Notification Error Cannot execute/storagecard/ProgramFiles/PhantonFibreInc./PhantomFramework/EventNotifier\/10.exe

I have deleted everything off my phone and storage card that had to do with this program but this box keeps popping up on my phone.

How do I get rid of it? I do not want to do a HARD reset becasue I have to much crap on my phone.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

Look in Windows/startup for a service with that name and remove it. If you want a program to do it for you, use Memmaid and look under startup programs.

It is obvious you missed something in your deletion process. It looks as if you still have a shortcut somewhere trying to execute a program you had installed on your storage card.

I would first go into your windows/startup folder and look for anything that obviously belongs to that program, then check the windows folder itself. DELETE FILES IN THESE FOLDERS AT YOUR OWN RISK. You may cause more damage than an irritating error message if you delete the wrong file.

Another idea would be to attempt to uninstall the program through Active Sync (even though it wasn't actually installed). AS may clean out files you missed if it has the program in the list.

Good luck.
