from day 1, I have always been able to hit the button on my BT500 and the phone would wake up & the voice speed dial screen appears. Just recently it has stopped working.

Incoming calls still ring through the headset & I can answer.....also, when I dial a # from the keypad or speed dial, the audio transfers to the headset just fine......I just can't initiate voice speed dial from the headset like I used to.

I did a back up, then did a hard reset, but it still wont work from a fresh reset, even b4 restoring the backup. I'm starting to wonder if it's the headset, I may go buy a new one just to test it.

any suggestions?
