Is there way that a 6700 can Monitor your Engine?

Hey is there any way that your PPC Can monitor your engine, oil level, rpm's etc?

thought that would be cool

More info here

I have not tried it yet but it might be a possibility in the future as my car comes out of the factory warranty.

oh I have GOT to get one of those That thing is pretty slick.
however I don't think it'll show oil level...that is until its low enough to trigger a check engine light...then...well...it might be too late.

well i've been looking online, and what i actually was looking for was a "Graphic Engine Monitor" for the 6700

A friend of mine runs this on his 04 Land Rover with no problems on a XV6600. I have been thinking of picking this up for my 04 as well since it should fit in both my Discovery and the wifes IS350 with no problems.
Right now it is a toss up on getting the reader. I really like the bluetooth on the IS so I am thinking about getting this first..3400LS-GPS
