Just leave it alone, you wouldn't gain anything by removing it. If you don't want it on your today screen you can remove it by going to Settings > Today > Items and uncheck messaging.

I have to ask, why do you have a pda phone if you don't use messaging or calendar (aka "outlook")?

I use a wonderfull calender program called calendarscope that works with the 6700! and I connect right to my business email so I dont use the outlook! I have already removed it from the today screen! I was just wondering if I could get rid of it all togather without messing anything else up!

I would say no, you cannot remove Pocket Outlook without messing anything up because most third party calendar apps integrate with POutlook's database; the information is just presented to you differently. Plus all of your contacts (assuming like most users you save phone numbers to your phone) are stored in POutlook's file system as well.
