Anyone smart enough to figure out how to get into the Service Provisioning Code???

I have a bit of a challenge for ANYONE, I will send a $10 PayPal donation to the first one who can tell me how to SUCCESSFULLY get to the service provisioning code and change the numerical value (which is usually 1-10 or so). To receive the ten spot, I must be able to change the numerical value within the service provisioning code! Email me if you would as I do not get the chance to get on the PC as much as I would like. Thanks

I'm dying to know, What exactly do you hope to accomplish by changing the Service Provisioning Code?

Tony, it will be hard for me to explain...not that I do not think anyone could understand because I know everyone would be able to understand if I said why I want to do that. I am not able to yet and it is something I need to test to explain why. I do not want to be the reason for people screwing something up...so with that - ANYONE know how to change the service provisioning code on the XV6700??
