Does anyone know of a way to prevent Outlook from inserting your e-mail address when you do a reply all to a message?

Everytime there's a message that I do a reply all on, I have to either manually delete my address or wait for the message to be delivered back to me, then delete it.

Outlook on the desktop does not function this way.

Never seen this issue with mine.

This is very odd. Are you using Microsoft Exchange?

I also had this issue with Windows Mobile 2003 SE.

I wonder if this is an Exchange setting.

I resolved this issue. This seems to be a rare condition when the Exchange server that you're syncing with does not specify the primary e-mail address for users. In this case, Pocket Outlook cannot determine what your e-mail address is and it appends it to a reply all.

Here's the resolution:
1) Go to ActiveSync->Menu->Options
2) Under the Exchange Server that you're syncing with, highlight E-mail, click Settings
3) On the E-mail Sync Options dialog, click Advanced
4) In the "Primary e-mail address field, specify your primary e-mail address.

This helps Pocket Outlook determine which address is yours so it doesn't append it to the replay all address list.
