tcd2004,

Hope I'm not misreading your question... But you should be able to use the built-in file explorer to locate the folder, then just tap and hold on the folder until the drop down menu gives you the options. Click delete.

Best to all,
R

The problem is i cant find it in file explorer, its not under program files which is where i thought it would be and when i do a search for "wisbar" it doesnt bring up anything.

Wait - you can't find it with file explorer and you can't find it in a search - so how do you know it's there? - sheureka

All you have to do is go to File Explorer, then navigate to Windows/Start Menu/Programs It's kind of weird that they set it up this way, but that's where the programs are at.

Thought you said you can't use File Explorer.

The OPs comment was never that they could not use File Explorer. He said he saw the folder in the Programs menu [OEM]. billecorgan explained correctly that the folder[listing] is in the /windows/start menu folder, even though the program itself would be in ***/program files (but the OP has noted that it is empty, so probably nothing there).

If the last suggestion doesn't show anything (but I'll bet it does), a registry search might be in order.
