For some reason the little battery icon in my Phone App is showing 2 bars instead of 3 when my battery is either fully charged in the cradle or when I pull it right out of the cradle fully charged. I have tried soft resets, but don't want to do a hard reset because I just had to do one for the EVDO hack and to customize my rom. Any ideas?

Don't know, I don't have a battery indicator on my phone screen.

i don't think there is a way around a Hard Rest. Even if you customized your ROM it wont go away with a Hard Rest.
