I Hate to complain, but I can see why the admins get a little angry, this needs a correct title like: "Limeware Possible On PPC?"

Also that is not totally true, you can remote control (RDP, VNC) an pc and do there then just sync a mp3 folder

Slightly related, there's a payware bittorrent client available for the PPC that I seem to have heard of.

(and yeah, let's try a better post title next time man)

What's wrong with his title? Probably because it is "Limewire" not "limeware".

Thumbs up

There is something very similar to Limewire. Its called Pocket2Go I believe. I have the app and its totally shareware. Here is a link. It will only be active for 7 days. Enjoy...

Spyware, security leaks (open ports), and I'm sure Sprint would go ape**** over the amount of data it'd use sharing files.

If you don't believe me about the Spyware, try reading the entire EULA that comes with it. It isn't 'spyware' if they're telling you they're installing it.

It's a pretty good program. It had no spyware and I was able to find what I wanted fairly easy. As far as data usage your Vision plan should cover it; if you have the unlimited!

Has anyone else gotten Pocket G2 to work?

I have installed it to both the storage card and also the phone. I also tried instaling from both place with no luck. It appears to install with no problems, but when I try and run the program it says "an unexpected error has occurred in PocketG2.exe" If I look at the details of the error it says FormatException with some other random stuff following.

If anyone has a solution to this I would greatly appreciate it!

Mine is fine, however it won't download when I click for it to download the files I am searching.

Any resolution to this?
