Hi,

This is my first time with a Bluetooth head set. I installed it like the instructions said, but it will not answer the phone when a call comes in. The head set buzzes and rings but when I press the button, it does not answer the phone. If I press the answer button on the phone, the phone answers the call but it does not go through the ear piece. I have to then click the button on the Bluetooth ear piece. During this time lag, the caller is frustrated since they don't know if they got me or not.

Can anyone help?

I think you paired the device but forgot to check off the box to assign it to the hands free.

Go into your bluetooth settings and click on the headset, make sure that heands free is checked off.

Also make sure your 6700 is ON when you turn the headset on (you can turn it back off right afer).. it seems to effect the initial pairing some how.
