So.. I used to be able to start a new text message, choose a recipient, then hit tab to make the cursor go to the body of the message. All of a sudden, the Tab key now scrolls the message all the way to the bottom but keeps the cursor at end of the recipients name.

Anyone else have this? Or a fix for it?

I searched around and didnt see any fixes.. I hate having to tap the screen with my finger because I refuse to remove the stylus for short usage. Your not the only one kid...

I'm in the same boat. I don't mind tapping the screen because my InvisiShield rocks.. but it is still a little annoying

Gonna give this a bump.. I'm still really interested in how to regain this functionality.

Awhile back there was a post about changing something with respect to navigation in PIE that allowed you to use the directional pad to move around web pages by increment rather than by link (to make scrolling easier and more predictable). I found that this tweak caused me to lose tab-field functionality, so I stopped doing it. I don't recall if it was a setting or a reg hack, though. If anyone has done that, it may be the source of your issue.
