Turned on phone and LCD did not come on. But the camera's flasher is flashing.

Are you positive the LCD screen isn't on? I thought I had the same problem but I happened to look at the screen in a very bright light and realized that for some reason the back light wasn't coming on but the screen was. When I went to Start => Settings => System => Back light => Brightness it was turned all the way off.

Yes, You can navigate these if you get the phone directly under a lamp so that you can see the screen without the back light.

I still haven't figured out what is causing the problem because it happens so infrequently.

You can also hold down the power button for a few seconds to toggle the backlight on or off.

No the screen is not on. I will have a new one on tuesday from lockline.
