I had to get a new phone because my other one went out on me. I sync'd before i took it in, but now i sync my new one and i cant get any of my old info. Is this right?

You created a new profile in activesync and it won't sync?

Set up the relationship through activesync, and it will assign your device a name. Before it does a sync, unplug the device, and goto Settings>System>About>Device Info. Rename your device the same name as your last phone; soft reset. Try to sync again.
