6700 freezes at Windows Splash Screen- can I still do a hard reset??

I am going to sell my 6700 and i had to do a soft reset because it froze. Now when the white verizon screen comes up and the windows logo comes loading it just stops there. I've tried everything and i was wondering if i can hard reset from this stage? if so how?

You should be able to to a hard reset at any point. Press and hold the two buttons with the dashes (-) on them, and press the reset buttong with the stylus. This should get you back in business.

If you can please title your thread correctly, it would really help me out a lot! As far as doing a hard reset, the manual explains how to do this so simply locate the procedure and do it and you should be in business.
