Wasn't desinged for Windows Mobile 5 and hasn't been updated.
Unchecking and checking it again in the today settings is the only fix I know. I have stopped using it because it notibly slows down the today screen. Try switching back and forth from landscape mode with and without it installed.
Other than the slowness I still kind of liked it, but I am leaning more toward performance these days.
Anyone have any solutions for this - or an alternative program (even if it costs $$) to do what cLaunch does? Everytime I soft restart, it doesn't run and I have to go into the today screen, uncheck, check and punch ok.
Kind of annoying given the fact that it seems like I have to soft reboot daily...

just grab the attachment in my earlier post and put that in your startup
that will take care of it
Ok, I was confused when your post said that it didn't appear to do anything. I did install it and it works great. Have tested soft rebooting twice and so far so good!
Have been using cLaunch for my iPhone "skin" along with PhoneAlarm for the bottom part. Works like a charm and now with your fix, it took away the one annoyance I had!

Yeah, I actually tried iLauncher last night and it killed my system. First time I had to do a hard reboot. I have to say though, it probably was a conflict with cLaunch though to be fair.
Then, after getting things back again, I tried to load it alone (before I put anything else on) and when I hit the config icon, I got an error that told me I needed to reload it. So, I did and the same error. I gave up.
From what I can see - although iLauncher has a nice amount of bundled features, cLaunch is much more flexible on how exactly and where the icons are placed on the today screen.
iLauncher works great. Has a ton more features than claunch and works like a charm on my machine.
Assuming you have a 6700 too? Maybe I just got a bad download or something.
I am sure it does - just not sure why I couldn't get it working even after a hard boot / restore. The app came up but when I clicked on the config icon - I got that error. Should have taken a screen shot.
Anyway, cLaunch is free and I got the other features I wanted that iLauncher had by paying $5 for wisebar lite.
