I'm seeing the same thing with my reminders. The only way I found to stop the audible alert is to manually go in and turn off the reminder....a soft reset doesn't help, it just starts beeping at me again after it boots up.

Also from time to time, the caller id won't pop up when a call comes in. Not everytime, but one out of ten probably.

Anyone else seeing this?

I have about 8 of these now that I deal with for my company and I've updated all to the new rom with no issues except these minor ones.

And the Push Email function really enhances battery life.

Has anyone found a fix for this? Just thought I'd ask as it hadn't gotten any airtime since page 5.

Sorry to start a new thread, but I have a memory leak problem relating to the ROM upgrade...

I have not done the ROM upgrade because I don't need any of the new features. Then I noticed that each time I used the phone memory used by the phone was not released when the call was over. I used a memory tool and found that as many as 4 instances of the phone app was left using ram after a series of phone calls and they couldn't be released except by a soft reboot. Does the ROM upgrade fix this?

It appears loading the phone up without any of the customizations, except for the ring tones, and making a few manual registry hacks causes it to run much smoother, and a lot more memory available. For those of you who don't use some of these services like wireless sync (which is the verizon product, not activesync), hard-resetting and skipping all this will do you a wealth of good.

Hi I just downloaded the new upgrade and cannot listen to Xstreamxm anymore. it works on Virgin radio but won't play my favorite .I have been.listening to this for over a year till today after the upgrade it will go to the site but the media player never opens.
