Try uninstalling and reinstalling Active Sync.

Are you guys getting an error message? Or does activesync just sit there saying connecting but never does?

I get en error message. It says 'Synchronization cannot be completed sucssfully. Reconnect your device and try again. If the problem persist, see Microsoft's Activesync troubleshooter in Microsoft ActiveSync help on your desktop computer.'

Also, I tried uninstalling, restarting and reinstalling with no luck.

Does your phone have wireless sysnce on it? I can tell you what I had to do to mine to get it to work but I have the xv6700 so it might be different.

On my 6700 I clicked on the wireless sync program, went to menu, then activesync setup.

Where it says activesync connection I put it to enabled.

I had the same problem you had but once I changed this option it worked. It might be worth a shot.
