push email works for about an hour

New phone, just configured. push email works for about an hour. then it stops. check settings nothing is turned off or disabled even mail send /rec does not work. as soon as I reset works fine. I am having to do this about every hour every day. any possbile solutions. everything else on the phone seems to work fine.

thank you

Do you get any kind of error messages?

Can you still sync after push-mail stops working?

Which phone/provider are you using?

No error messages. icons on phone appear like everything is working fine. just no email is coming in until after a reset. I can sync but nothing happens. for example I will look and see that the message I received was at 10am, it will be about 11am. I go ahead and do a manual send receive, the EV icon at the top will go into action, and nothing syncs like I have no new messages. I will go and reset the phone because I know I have messages I am not getting. as soon as the phone comes back from the reset I get all my mail from the last hour. I am using SPRINT.

I have a similar problem. I am using the "AlwaysonMail" Seven product. It works fine a few times then locks up with an "unhandled exception" error. I've searched the threads on this subject to no avail. Can anyone recommend a push e-mail product that will reliably push email from a pop3 account to the PPC-6700? I've heard about Sprint, VGS and Seven, but no one has talked about the set-up and the reliability.
