for those who hates the "Message Sent" notification after sending an SMS, this is the steps to remove the bubble notification...this is the STEP by STEP method to do it in case some of you guys dont get it right...
1. First, you will need to download a Registry Editor to help you do it...
a good one will be the freeware PHM Registry Editor
or for those who got the Resco Explorer, you can use the Registry Editor that comes with it...
2. using the Registry Editor, navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Inbox
3. Next, click on Inbox (make sure the Inbox is highlighted) and select Edit, New Key
4. Name the New Key as "Settings"
5. Click on "Settings" (make sure the Settings is highlighted) and select Edit, New String Value
6. On "Value name:", key in SMSNoSentMsg and in "Value data", key in 1
7. Soft reset your device and test it with one SMS, and you will notice that the SMS Sent bubble is being disabled
Guys no matter how many times I have tried to disable the sent text message notification it won’t work??? I followed the directions on the Tips And Tricks post exactly and even when in and checked it??? Any help or ideas???

Followed the above post and everything went great ---> no more sent bubble.
is there a difference? We're you getting two bubbles before?
yeah. when I send a msg I would get a bubble saying it was sent and then I would get another saying it was delivered successfully. now all I get is the one saying it was sent.
[EDIT]
Ok, so over at PPCgeeks they had this and I was able to understand it a bit better and get everything setup correctly. I now no longer get the 'sent msg' bubble. So in the end it was all not fully understanding what I was reading and end-user errors. I'll post what they had over here although once you read them both, they seem to be the same. It is just that I understood this one better.
Disable the SMS Sent notification
If you're tired of the "Message Sent" notification after sending an SMS/text message, you can disable them:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings\SMSNoSentMsg = 1 (DWORD decimal)
And to re-enable:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings\SMSNoSentMsg = 0 (DWORD decimal)
Please note that the 'Settings' key may not exist in your device, and thus may have to be created first.
Don't see it phone alarm anywhere...
BUT I see the problem, there is a difference between entering a new String or a new DWORD and i think the original thread in this forum indicates a String which did not work for me BUT the one you referenced from the other one with a DWORD did.
